How much does delivery cost?

We offer free shipping with all orders over £50.

We try to ship all orders the same day (orders placed before 2pm) but unfortunately we cannot guarantee next day delivery unless this has been agreed beforehand and at an additional cost.

Do you offer international delivery?

At present we do not offer shipping outside of the UK mainland. If you would like an order shipped outside of these parameters, please contact us at 0161 236 8948 or via our contact page form to discuss the matter further. Thank you.

How long is your returns policy?

If you are unhappy with an item for whatever reason it can be returned for a refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving the item. The item must be in like new condition, must not have been used and have all the original labels attached. If we suspect the item has been used it will be returned to you and no alternative will be offered. Please enclose a copy of your delivery note or order conformation so we know who the item belongs too. Also so specify if you would like a refund or exchange.
